FUNDING & SUPPORT
The Love Trollinger Initiative (LTI) provides small-scale funding to entrepreneurs, creatives, and small organizations whose work is already underway and whose projects benefit from patient, clearly structured capital.
Funding is not automatic, competitive, or volume-driven. It is selective, relational, and grounded in clarity.
We do not fund ideas in isolation. We fund people who are already working.
What We Fund
LTI considers funding for projects that demonstrate:
Active work already in progress
Clear purpose and scope
Capacity to execute independently
Measurable value creation (cultural, educational, or economic)
Funding may support:
Production or launch costs
Equipment or infrastructure
Distribution or documentation
Operational stabilization
We prioritize work that benefits from durability, not speed.
What We Do Not Fund
LTI does not fund:
Speculative ventures or high-risk trading
Consumer or personal debt
Passive income schemes
Projects without demonstrated effort
Activities that conflict with our values or legal obligations
Funding is not emergency relief or unrestricted cash support.
How Funding Works
When LTI provides funding, it is done through a written agreement between LTI and the project operator.
The core structure is simple:
LTI provides capital to support a defined project
The project operator uses the capital for project-related purposes
LTI is repaid the original amount provided, plus an agreed-upon percentage of the value created
No percentage participation applies until the original capital has been fully repaid.
The specific percentage, repayment method, and reporting expectations are defined clearly before funds are released.
This structure allows LTI to:
Share risk
Avoid extraction
Reinvest returned capital into future work
Important Clarifications
To avoid confusion, we state the following plainly:
LTI is not a bank
LTI does not accept deposits
Funding is not a loan, grant, or public investment
Funding does not guarantee success or profit
LTI does not pool public funds
Each funding relationship is private and project-specific.
Partner Responsibilities
By accepting funding from LTI, partners agree to:
Use funds solely for the agreed-upon project
Operate independently and responsibly
Communicate honestly about progress and challenges
Provide agreed-upon reporting related to value created
Repay capital and percentage participation as defined
Partners retain full control of their work unless otherwise stated by written agreement.
LTI Protections & Boundaries
To protect the integrity of the initiative:
Funding decisions are made at LTI’s discretion
LTI does not assume operational control of funded projects
No partnership, employment, or agency relationship is implied
Misuse of funds constitutes breach of agreement
LTI may decline or terminate funding if material misrepresentation or legal risk arises
All funding is governed by a signed agreement executed before any capital is released.
How to Be Considered
Most funding relationships begin through:
Prior advisory work, or
A clear project inquiry with supporting documentation
Funding follows understanding. We do not rush this process.
Funding through The Love Trollinger Initiative is intended to support work that lasts. We value clarity, restraint, and shared responsibility over speed or scale.
All funding opportunities begin through One-on-One Working Sessions.
